Channel Islands will be charged at cost. Minimum £3.75
No order may exceed maximum shipping weight (30kg in UK). Orders above this will need to be split into seperate orders and will be treated as such. The above carriage terms will apply to each order.
Overseas - Charged at cost. Shipping costs indicate an approximate cost only. If costs greatly exceed estimate we will advise of cost of shipping and await confirmation before proceeding with order. Minimum £3.75
NB - Aerosols, resins,Fantasy Film and cracker snaps may not be shipped due to current regulations.
Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2-5 business days. When Next Day delivery is selected orders will be processed same day (or next working day if placed weekend/bank holiday) if order placed before 1.30 p.m. International orders are generally received in under 10 days depending on country.
Please allow 10 days during Christmas period - Last date for processing orders in UK will be 19th December.
Returns Policy All of our products come with a 14 day (from receipt of goods) no quibble guarantee.
Goods must be returned in original condition, return postage is non refundable.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded (including postage).
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
